The Payload’s stout, integrated rear carrier is a part of the frame itself, so it can handle heavy loads or accommodate an extra child passenger (child seat not incl.). Max load capacity: 179 lbs (81 kg)

Foot rest for a second rider (usually a child) are integrated into the frame and rear carrier assembly.
