Refund Policy
Cancellation
For all orders( including pre-orders), your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. There will be no delay in payment collection, regardless of when the item is expected to ship.
Before Shipping
Cancellation before shipping is subject to an 8% processing fee.
After Shipping
Cancellation after shipping is subject to a 10% cancellation fee and the return shipping cost of $150. You may refuse to sign in the package and return it to the sender.
Exchange
Before Shipping
Free of charge.
Shipped but not received
A $20 processing fee will be charged if you exchange the item successfully. If you fail to exchange the item, you may refuse to sign in the package and return it to the sender. Cancellation after shipping is subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Delivered
Please refer to the return policy to start a return and exchange if you prefer exchanging after the ebike has been delivered.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of $150.
You will be charged up to a 15% restocking fee (withheld from the refund).
NOTICE:
If your return or exchange request is approved by Ride On E-Bikes, you may receive a new product or a refund. The shipping label will be provided by Ride On E-Bikes, please do not ship them by yourself before receiving the shipping label.
Please send us a notification with the tracking number after returning any items. Once we receive your return, we will either replace the item with a new product or refund your money. This will be processed in 2 business days. If the returned items do not match the given requirements above, we will not accept the return. We will send it back to you immediately with notifications. Please be aware, restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns.
Returns
After your E-bike is delivered, you can start a return process within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returns after 14 days. Before starting a return process, the customer needs to contact support@rideone-bikes.com to get approval for the return. We will not accept returns without permission from Ride On E-Bikes.
Unused Items
• To start a return, make sure the bike is unused, free from dirt, dust, and odor-free. It should be in the original package and condition when you received it.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of $150.
• You will be charged up to a 25% restocking fee (withheld from the refund).
Used Items
Returns of Used Bike: A customer may return any bike that has been ridden to Ride n E-bikes within 14 days of receipt of bike as long as the bike has less than 20 miles on the odometer and has no damage. The customer will be responsible for paying the $149 return shipping fees ( If shipping is needed) and a restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price of the bike. The return shipping fee and the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 2 business days of approval, please recheck your bank account and contact your credit card company/bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@rideone-bikes.com.
Shipping Damage Claims
In rare instances, the item may be damaged during transportation as received. If damage occurs due to shipping, please contact support@rideone-bikes.com and provide us with photos or videos proof.
NOTICE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims after 7 days of delivery
