Returns

Returns of E-Bikes. Returns of E-Bikes: A customer may return any bike on the day of purchase. A 2.9% Transaction fee will be charged. Returning a used bike is accepted within 14 days of receipt of bike as long as the bike has less than 10 miles on the odometer and has no damage. A restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price of the bike.. The customer will be responsible for paying the $149 return shipping fees ( If shipping is needed) and a restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price of the bike. The return shipping fee and the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 2 business days of approval, please recheck your bank account and contact your credit card company/bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@rideone-bikes.com.
